"Una experiencia gastronómica muy recomendable. Platos inspirados en la cocina mediterránea, vasca y francesa. Máxima calidad y buenísima elaboración. Se nota que el chef ha pasado por el Basque Culinary Center y que es alicantino. Hemos tomado el menú del día porque nos seducía mucho: steak tartare de 10, canelón riquísimo, corvina deliciosa en su punto, inmejorable y los postres muy ricos. Estamos deseando volver porque queremos probar más platos. Muy buen servicio y atención y un local muy bien rehabilitado que mantiene la esencia menorquina. Muy buena relación calidad - precio. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo."

"Estim is by far the best restaurant of its kind in Ciutadella. We went for the a la carte menu, which did not disappoint. There was also a 8 course tasting menu offered which looked spectacular. There are lots of seating options, terrace/outdoor to beautifully designed dining rooms upstairs to cater for all events. The highlights were the pork main course and the popcorn dessert If you want to treat yourself to what might be the first restaurant to gain a Michelin Star in Menorca, then Estim is a must"
